It was so windy today that ....the wind blew the label off my bottled beers .. ![]() My buddy Greg and his wife and I took out his 18 magnum today and had a ball. The winds where forecast to be 10-20 mph and pick up to 15-25 in the afternoon.Perfect winds for three sailors to enjoy.White caps were everywhere. It is nice to hang out with good friends and spend the day on the water... ![]() Bill 404 21SE |

Nice! I cant find that decent day yet with at least sun, wind and above 40. Soon. All I need is one or two of those factors. |

We got some wind here in Georgia (Lake Lanier) later in the day after several hours of drifting around. It was actually so warm that my son got into the cool lake water and swam around to cool off. When the wind picked up we really got going on a reach, hit a big boat wake smooth swell (2-3 feet from top to trough) and actually launched into the air some off the first swell - big fun ![]() Having the H18 stored with the mast up next to the boat ramp is sweet, easy to go sailing now. |
