are you suppose to use the main line for the traveller or is this a seperate line? |

Paul, Take the bitter end of the main sheet and thread it through the swivel cleat making sure you pass it through the cleat first and then the bulls eye (this is the cleat that is attached to the center of the rear cross bar). Then pass the bitter end through the traveler car (the traveler car slides the entire length of the rear cross bar and is what the mainsheet block attaches to). Finish by passing the bitter end through the hole in the dead eye and tie a figure 8 knot to prevent it from slipping through (the dead eye is the piece of bent steel rod attached to the rear cross bar just behind the swivel cleat).
