Looks like perhaps an attemp at a barberhauler system (are there any additional cleats too?). Or maybe a fairlead for the daggerboard bungee? Boom vang system? Alternate fairlead for the crew's trapeeze wire? Could be a lot of things. Definitely not stock. sm |
