The Hobie 18 is not imported or supported by Hobie Cat Europe
They refuse to take orders for parts for an "American boat".
(They are located in France, this might be why !)
However, for some odd reason there are quite a number of HC18 sailing around in Europe, including France.
Anyway, as a result, it is very difficult to find parts. I just bought a 1989 HC18SC on the French Riviera and could not imagine such a stupid policy.
Does anyone know where to purchase HC18 parts in Europe ?
