Post subject:  Hobie Mama bob mast float installation
Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for your (very competent and detailed!!) help with the rear crossbar installation - our Hobie is now safe to sail again :D

We now have one last issue... We would also like to install a Mama Bob mast float but it doesn't seem to fit on top of our mainsail hook! My question is; do you think it's possible to mount the Mama Bob? Do you think that we need some form of mounting equipment to make it work?

I've tried to search the web for manuals etc. but none that I have found feature our mainsail-hook setup on the mast top. It's a little difficult to explain so I've tried to upload some pictures - hope that it works!

There is a float and or kit for that. It is "Universal".
