| Post subject: | Hobie SX18 Rigging |
Hi We've just picked up a very unloved Hobie SX18 with wings from our local sailing club. She's not been sailed for a good number of years, and there are some parts missing, but the hulls and mast all look in good state. I'm struggling to get to grips with the manuals about some of the rigging, in particular the shrouds/trapeze attachements to the mast, and the downhaul/outhauls. What I have seems not to correlate well to what I can see on our boat. I'd be super grateful if any other 18 Owners could post as many photos as possible of the rigging of everything, so I can try and make some sense of it! The best wishes! |
