Bought an older H18 that has a layer of anti fouling paint on the water line. Any ideas on how to remove this stuff so I can re paint? |

You could wet/dry sand the hulls so they are smooth and get the paint off at the same time. I wouldn't put it back on i would just buff/polish the hulls to bring the shine back from the gelcoat. |
