We had a storm blow through here last night. The Hobie next to mine was tied down to two cinderblocks buried in the sand, the wind still blew the boat over. The concrete blocks were hanging from the boat last night.

I'm posting some photos in the help with repairs fourm.
Thanks for any suggestions.
The mast is broken in two! My last backup mast is an oldie with some corrosion.

I've got a complete boat with trailer sitting in Myrtle Beach. The hulls are garbage but the sails and all hardware are good. Boat was fresh water sailed, hulls never reglassed, and left nose down on the trailer for years. Asking 1k for the whole thing. Let me know [email protected]

I have two complete and straight masts left.
Both black, one all aluminum and one with a new Comptip.

The big problem is I am in Colorado, and will not be headed east of Kansas City / OKC / Dallas until sometime next year. Probably MWE again.

Same problem with the Crossbar someone else asked about.

The shipping on oversize items is just too dang spendy.

It works out much better if we can meet at a regatta somewhere.

This spring I took a mast to Panama City for the MWE, where it got loaded on a trailer and went to Harry in New York. While there I picked a H-16 hull from Brad, that ended up on Chris Wessles boat in Iowa, via Denver and then to Topeka. While in Topeka, I picked up one of the masts I now have for sale.

If we can arrange reliable safe transportation using travelling sailors, this stuff is much easier and cheaper to work with.

I AM going from Denver to Vancouver in August, and Denver to Clear Lake Iowa in September.

If it's in one piece, its in better shape than his.

Brad,

As soon as you have a date for MWE, let me know. I want to put it on my calendar and start working on the 18 fleet to come and party at your place <Grin>
