Good morning- has anyone found a better way to keep the steering cables connected at the handlebar screws? Have had both cables pull out of the small retaining screws at the grips. There has to be a better way to keep these cables properly fixed as pulling the cable thru the grip after it has slipped out it is next to impossible on open water. Thank you in advance for your input. Cheers JFK |

These can be replaced or a larger screw added. These can get damaged by pulling on both steering calipers hard at the same time. There is also a thumb screw on top of the rudder drum that is intended to hold the rudder straight when using the board as a SUP. This screw can cause drag and make steering hard if tensioned. I'd advise removing the thumb screw. Contact your dealer and file a warranty claim for our warranty and tech crew to review and advise. |
