Best advice for what to buy to load my Mirage Eclipse onto my Suburban. Would love to be able to load and unload myself. Thanks! |

The Eclipse is pretty hardy. Laying it on two crossbars with some pads would be sufficient. If you don't have crossbars, you could use the inflatable ones, crossbar pads or just pool noodles. I always make sure I strap through the mirage well to prevent front or back movement when stopping or accelerating. If using the carrying case, I strap through all of the handles. If you wanted to go fancy- I would look at the THULE SUP TAXI or perhaps the Thule Slipstream since it has the rear roller. |
