Hello everyone. I'm new here. I've had my TI for about a year and a half and have developed a leak under the mast V-Bar. From what I read this seems like a serious problem. I can't remember if I registered the warranty or not and can't seem to find out where to go to check. If it turns out that I didn't register it can I still use the warranty? Thxs in advance for help on this . |

Warranty is handled through the dealer - all 2019 hard shell kayaks come with 3 year warranty (2 year for inflatable) And all 2018 and previous model years had 2 year warranties. If you feel you have a warranty issue contact your dealer - there is no way to do that process online or direct - it is always through a Hobie dealer - here's a link to locate your nearest dealer: https://www.hobie.com/dealers/?product_line=islands |

Thanks Jbernier for the info. I contacted the dealer and yes they honored the warranty and sent me a new hull. They were very nice about the whole issue and seemed happy to help me. I'm very pleased with their service and love the newl TI hull. |
