Just bought an Ellipse. I'm doing an Event on river Thames I September for charity. It's a 12 mile pedel / paddle. I'm wondering, given a consistent effort, how long this may take. What sort of MPH can I expect? |

around 4 mph would be my estimate. Obviously you could reach 5.5mph+ on short runs |
