We have had two Eclipse boards for 16 months and love them. Friday we had a problem of the roller sliding off the pad on the underside of the pedal. It would then catch on the soft plastic edge of the pedal and bend that. It was not clear what adjustment would be needed to increase the gap between the two pedal posts and rollers to avoid it missing the correct contact point on the underside of the pedals. |

Bearings in the drums may be wearing or the chains are coming loose? |

Is there any adjustment I can make for either of those issues or do I need to return them to my dealer. The local dealer here in long island is not super helpful! |
