I'm happy with my fiberglass Eclipse and I can easily repair it's surfboard construction. So far nothing but a minor scuff in the yellow paint. But, I saw a 2023 Eclipse on a YouTube video with a thermoform plastic coating in Sand color. 30 seconds of the video was blanked out but at the end someone in French is commenting on it at a boat show. It was not a dura model. It had a curved/rounded deck padding design. Nothing else can be found about it. Is it a new model or a prototype that is canceled? Interesting but how would you fix the plastic or paint match it? |
