Is there a way to push these in further or are they glued in? One of mine sticks out farther than the other and slightly interferes with my Hobie cart going in. |

They thread in... Usually, they stop when they get close to the top and aligned with the opening... wider width wise. |

Is there some type of tool I can buy to screw it in further? |

The tool is custom... maybe a rectangular steel stock covered in thick tape for padding? |

My scupper inserts seem to be not aligned property as it prevents my plug in cart to completely go through the scupper. How do I fix this? |
