My Kayak Seat Clip broke recently. I found online a replacement that I now have, however cannot get the loop end of the strap through the space alloted on the strap. Anyone have this issue, if so please share how you got this resolved. Thank you! |

I think we sew them in place... you might have to pick the threads and re-stitch. Otherwise, get the Hobie replacement strap. |

Thanks Matt. That is what I ended up doing. Quick question: Does Hobie offer other seats that can be used on the Hobie Compass? I have the Seat that came with the purchase(2018 model) and after several hours start to feel it in my lower back. Any insight? Thanks, Steve |

There are some important adjustments. The back needs a lot of tension. Do you have the latest straps? These would allow a bit more recline. Should be: ![]() |
