This metal piece popped out last night while I was using the Compass Loader.
Did the metal actually break or should I just hammer it back in?

That is a bad rivet. We have since changed the style to address the issue. Your dealer can likely pop new rivets in for you. The new rivet is: 8012001 RIVET 6-9 BULB TYPE-KAYAK z143.jpg)

So is 8012001 the rivet used in the new style Compass Loader or is it the same as the rivet that broke? Thanks. |

Matt, my local Hobie dealer doesn't have the new rivets. Can I buy them somewhere so I can get back to using the loader? |
