Got my compass about 3 weeks ago and used it about 3 times. I noticed a little bit of water in the hull the first use but barely much. and today was about a cm of water in the hull. Its brand new no scratches or anything is this normal?

A little water is pretty normal.

It could be humid air inside when you launch into cool water wich would condensate inside the hull.

Rain or water might get into a hatch lip and enter when you open it. If waves or heavy loads, the rear steering line openings or other moving hardware points can seep a bit of water. You should not expect it to be totally dry, so place any sensitive items in dry bags in the hull. Carry a sponge if necessary to sop up and water in the hull.

Welcome to the forum!

Are you saying there was a CM deep layer of water inside the hull or what you poured out of the hull measured 1 cm? Big difference.
