This was answered a couple times already. Do a search of jib cars. West Marine sells a Delrin sheave and also a Harken bearing sheave. The Harken part number was indicated in the post. Drill out the old one and use a clevis pin and ring ding.

Drill out the old one and use a clevis pin and ring ding. The Harken Sheeve is the 160. Seems that the clevis pin we use is the 1/4 x 7/8 (HC 8020381). Sometimes we use the cotter pin, sometimes we use the lock ring - depends on buyer preference.
