Saw the first ten minutes of it.. the other day.. dvr'd it but haven't watched it yet... oddly enough, it was on animal planet labelled "the wolfman" or something.. but it surely was the discovery show, "I shouldn't be alive".. here is the description from their website: Quote: SHIPWRECKED
The Survivors: Cousins Mark and Rob The Dilemma: Could you survive on a deserted island? Cousins Mark and Rob are on a fishing trip on the Sea of Cortez when they are shipwrecked on a desert island. With no food or water and with temperatures soaring they must survive on an uninhabited island until help arrives. Testing their friendship to the limit the two men drink juice from cactuses, eat raw crabs and share delusions and delirium before they finally escape. From what I saw.. it was a h16 they were sailing across the sea of Cortez... and a massive gust apparently ripped their main while he was trying to come about or something, apparently they were overloaded and taking on water in one hull.. they pitchpoled... and went for swim.. that was all I saw.. will have to watch the rest tonight. |
