Post subject:  Hull Weight

i called hobie and they said 70+or - so i went out and weighed mine. keep in mind this is just the pontoons. port hull was 87lbs and starboard hull was 92lbs :x so i took the plugs out and no water but to my shock ....... sand and more sand. so i spent the day rinsing much of the sand out and now letting them air dry in the warm florida heat :P so go weigh yours and let us know if your hobie 16 is overweight like mine. i plan to do a full liposuction and tummy tuck next week!
