| Post subject: | FLORIDA COASTLINE ADVENTURE 2005 |
I am currently planning an adventure for 2005. We will be sailing the entire Florida coast from Jacksonville Beach, to Pensacola Florida. This adventure is on the planning board and all questions, comments, and advice on the subject is welcome! Get involved, let's make it happen. I invision this as being an absolutly wonderful opportunity to come to gether with other catamaran lovers, and do what we love most,....SAIL. I understand not everyone will be able to take 2-3 weeks off to make the trip but I feel that will be OK people can meet at predetermined times & locations and just do a leg of the trip, mabie you can only do one day, thats fine we will have an easy leisurely schedual to follow. I have thought about sailing some stretch of gulf coast in TX. May be form South Padre to Corpus Christi. Had plans to do it last year but did not - maybe this year. IIRC in to old days this stretch was the location of a two-day regatta for cats. Patrick |
