Hello - I'm considering the purchase of a used 16, but owner doesn't know how old it is, but he sent serial #. But when I look at the Hobie serial # web site mentioned in these forums, the number he sent doesn't seem to fit the pattern ... the # is ccmp9323m81h Any experts out there willing to give it a shot? Thanks |

The last two or three digits indicate year. In this case the year would be 81 - 1981. |
