This was discussed recently on this (or another) forum. Try a search. I believe the general consensus was that not many sailors wearing trapeze hooks wanted to be anywhere near any kind of netting. If you are just a day sailor with the wife and kids it would probably be okay. |

I recall also there was a problem trailering the boat with the net all the way to the bows. |

16's pitch pole fairly eaisly and any weight you put out front will just add to the problem. It will also upset the balance on the helm if you put more weight up front. It works on the getaway because it has so much more volume in the hulls. |
