Post subject:  Hobie 16 Trap Lines

I am planning to replace my trap wires, and saw some newer boats with trap wires that had the lower bullet block integrated to the bottom eyelet of the wire. (i.e. no shackle). However, I am having troubles finding these in the catalog. The price list sheet shows a part number 20742001, but I can't find a picture of it anywhere in the catalog. Since I have to replace both the wires and the blocks it would be nice to have the integrated system.

Does anyone know if these are available, what the part number is and all that.

Thanks,

Adam - why don't you have Rob just make them up for you?

I may just do that, but saw the entry in the catalog. When I went in to get everything last week, Rob and Barb weren't there, and Steve didn't know. I am planning to head in there today at lunchtime, and was just looking to have my info straight before I got there.

Wires with bullets?

You have the right number. 20742001 is a single H16 trapeze wire with bullet block. This is as-supplied standard on all H16s now.

Cool. That is what I ordered today at lunchtime, so I am glad to know I got the right thing.

Thanks,
