I bough a 3:1 downhaul for my H16 to have better adjustment for heavy winds days and in the process cured my weather helm I was shocked but I have taken the boat out 3 times in light & heavy winds since adding it and my weather helm or tiller tug is virtually gone my arm is loving it!! I have no idea why it worked but maybe adding more downhaul moves the pocket in my sail forward what do you guys think? |
