Hard to say. I'm guessing at least a couple of the smarter owners removed them from the beach prior to the storm. My boat was high on the dune with two anchors six feet deep and at least one hundred feet from normal mean low water. I went to check on it at high tide where the transoms were now hanging over a four foot cliff with waves crashing on the tramp. I untied it and pulled it all the way over the dune. I saw more than one boat in pieces via a walk on the beach afterward. I think a few cat trax got underway as well.
