Planning to race in the Charlotte Harbor Regatta, Feb. 5-7, 2010? If you register before Dec. 31, 2009, you'll be eligible for a drawing for a three-night hotel stay. Join the strong Hobie 16 class expected to participate in this event on a SAIL magazine "top 10 greatest places to sail in the United States" harbor.
