Post subject: | The Rudder Blade Mystery... |
I just became the proud owner of a pair of used rudder blades for a Hobie 16. They are made from composite material (glass fiber over foam core) with black gel coat on top. The composite material is pretty thick and there is very little flex (I can support both ends and stand in the middle). Who can tell how to identify what they are or who made them (EPO, original Hobie’s , other aftermarket part). No - there is no EPO sticker or traces of one in an area where it should be. Thanks, Patrick |

What are they? Pretty hard to explain. Can you post pictures? Epo or possibly just race rudders with black gel coat. We made the race blades with black for a short period. |
