Older 16 with soft spots and one of the hulls broke in two. :(

Have another parts boat available. No tramp, just hulls, rudders, etc.

Assuming that all the remaining hulls are in good condition, would it be easier to remove one single hull from the parts boat and put it on the broken boat, or move all the rigging and tramp to the parts boat, making it the good boat.

I am not sure how much work it is to remove one hull, would I have to remove the trampoline anyway? I just want to get back on the water with as much ease as possible!

Go for it,replace that hull and get back into...you will feel good about it.I like fixing old neglected Hobie's and putting them back into service. That feeling of accomplishment is worth your time and sweat ....Bill 404 21SE
