Does anyone know if you can replace the jib blocks of an H16 with those of an H18? The numbers in the parts catalog do not match up, and I am not concerned with being race legal. |

Which blocks? The turning blocks that shackle to the clew plate on the jib, yes. The blocks with the cleat that mount to the front crossbar, no. Well, I guess theoretically you could use them, but it would work very poorly. The stack-up is way too high and the block would flop all over the place making uncleating very difficult. sm |
