this is what my HB16 came with! i'm not exactly sure how to reeve it up! can someone walk me through it? is it even the right part? i searched but it looks like this setup is different from what everyone else has! i didn't get a pic of the boom but it only has 2 pulleys on it!

i'll check the trailer box for other pulleys again but i dont believe our hb came with any other blocks/pulleys. sorry about the dumb questions! haha

WOW. that's exactly what i needed to see! we definitely didn't do that right. it was similar but not quite.

so... the loose end of the rope (that's exiting the bottom of the pic) how does that go exactly?

ie:
traveler track
cam cleat
swivel cam

??

also, i was watching a dvd and it looks like they were using 2 ropes, connecting by a knot. do i need to have that setup?

edit: looked over the instructions and it looks like it goes:

cam and swivel cleat
traveler track
then tie it off on the eye

Out the block set forward onto the tramp... back into the swivel jam on the crossbar... out to the car and then back to the eye on the back side of the crossbar.
