-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- my son and i bought a hobie 16 this weekend end and hauled it home for 900 miles. at some point the forestay came loose and drug on the highway leaving strands only. i need a forestay now but don't know the length. this is an 86 boat. there was a spare forestay in the parts bag and it is 19 ft long. is this the correct length? if not correct length, will it work? what is the correct length? i've been hitting the search features and i've come up with 17'; 17'6"; 19' 4" with aussie halyard. |
