I've searched the forum and found one idea using a 55 gal drum (maybe 30 gal) for wheels. Any other ideas? Any better pricing then $400? I'm considering looking for used ATV tires and wheels. Anyone try that approach? They just have to hold air and be large enough, right? Thanks, Lee |

I made a set for $60 that worked very well, but were a bit heavy for trailering. They were perfect for a boat that is stored on the beach. You can get pix and detail from the following thread - http://www.hobiecat.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=12192&p=67467#p67467 |

Where do you live? My friend has an older set with a T handle he is willing to part with. He has no interest in trying to ship them though. He was talking about putting them on Craigslist locally. |

Well, here is how it worked out. I advertised on craigslist and was able to find a used CatTrax. Isn't the internet wonderful? |
