New to the hobie 16 but not new to sailing. I have owned a venture magregor 25 for 5 years now. Like the sailling but wanted something a little faster and wetter plus the Hobie was on craigs list for free. so I said what the hay lets go fly a hull.any way my question is why does the mast pivit. My magregors mast is stationary. and could sombody show a pic of the back of there Hobie mine was in pieces when I got it and I think I have the hulls on wrong. you could say I have my shoes on the wrong feet. if you get my drift. Thanks. |

The mast rotates for aerodynamic reasons. The hulls should be installed with the flat sides to the outside and the rounded sides to the inside. |
