Matt, Looking at the H16 & 14 rules, the rudder rake has no measurement on the depth of the rudder? The existing blades are 27-1/8 to 1/4 measured from the bottom of the rudder to the bottom of the rudder casting. Before I drill my new epo blades, I just want to make sure as all the templates deal with drilling the rudder head and there doesn't address how deep the rudder goes. |

Use a template from the website to locate the lower casting hole location. This is pretty close... That sets the depth. http://2010.archive.hobiecat.com/support/pdfs/rudderdrill.pdf |
