I got my main sail and jib both spoiled by the mice, that jib maybe trash now ,but the main sail seems could be repaired by patchs. the pictures are in my albumn,down here is the link http://photo.xuite.net/haya900r/4807860 Could any one kind to give me advice,that I should try to repair or just start to look for used H16 sail? Is it possible to cut dacron fabric from a tent for sail patches? Someone told me ,the dacron sail fabric is not same as the tent,even they are the same thickness. Thanks for advices. |

ebay Ijust saw two main and jibs for under three bills A set . or new main white only for under five hundred on ebay. |

Those were very hungry mice ![]() I am not sure that repairing those sails would be the best approach. If you are not concerned with appearance of the possiblility of a tear in heavy air, it might get you going again though. The fact that you were using them as is with all the holes might answer the above questions. That is a heavily loaded boat ![]() |
