Post subject:  The Old Jib Sheet Diameter question again

Folks curious how many feel that 1/4" is too small or is just right for a 16 jib sheet, installing new cars etc this weekend and was gonna try the 1/4 to clear the blocks, fairleads faster but wanted feedback.

Thanks

5/16" works best imo. Runs through blocks/cars fine and is "grippable" 1/4" would be a little tougher on the hands I believe.

Current stock is 1/4". Runs through the cars a bit better. Was 5/16" never bigger.

Thanks Matt and Tex.

Matt in your opinion is there a huge benefit to upgrading to the Harken traveller low profile cleats and use remote traveller controls via the fixed swivel cleats as oppposed to standard traveller blocks and cleat via fixed swivel on crossbar with remote traveler on the standard jam type cleats?
