In the forward crossmember where the gib cleats are, inside the rail channel, there are two screws that prevent the gib cleats/carts to go any further inboard than half way ( one screw on each side half way into the channel ) Is this a "homemade-mod" ? Is there a special part that goes in there ? These screws seem improperly mounted, just screwed into the beam. Anticipated thanks !!! |

There should be a little plastic piece that fits into your jib track with one screw through the center and into the cross bar. ![]() |

THANKS SURF CITY !!!! The bar on my H16 is different from the one on the picture, mine has the channel embeded in the bar. I will find a piece of hard plastic or teflon and shape it and install that instead of the odd looking screws it has now. THANKS AGAIN !!!!! |

Copy. That's a Getaway fwd x bar, same style as the older 16. Can't find a pic, but this might help. There should be a little plastic cylinder with a single screw through it and threaded into the x bar used as a stop. viewtopic.php?f=14&t=12627&view=previous |
