They are probably wide enough. The best bet for soft sand is pneumatic tires. That way they can flatten out and spread the weight over more area. Plus they handle the bumps in the sand better. |

I do not think these would work, they are much like the tiger trax wheels and they do not work overly well in our soft Florida sand, about 100 miles to your east.
