These are handy if not 'elegant' in a maritime way... Come with nylon rope but pretty rugged. They make a smaller 1/4" size also. I've gotten them at Lowes.

Hey jsloan999, that was my original post - I'm flattered!

Wildlatin is right, I got mine at Lowes.

I did make an obvious modification to mine by closing the hook you see in the linked picture so that the righting line wouldn't fall off. Other than that it's a good piece of gear, all I do is keep it lubed with silicon spray.
