I can not find the post you sent me about the exact distance from the copper stop to the shackle pin on a Hobie 16 old style mast wire haylard

Is there any easy good way or even a hard way to replace the plastic rollers on the jib system mounted on the front crossbar
The Boat is a 1985 with all original parts
I had to replace the rear crossbar from my old parts boat and my son asked me about the jam cleats that were mounted on the left and right
This brought back old memories of the rear traveler systems
The Kisme tiller conectors on the 21SE continue to be the Bomb and the old Hobie Hotlines still get reviewed

Center line of the shackle pin to near side of the stop is 15 5/8"

Not sure what you mean. There have been lots of different jib tracks, cars, cleats and rollers. Photo?

I will send photo if I can figure out how Just thinking my parts boat is in the woods and might have the same jib blocks
Did you catch the post on the waterproofing on electronic devices for $60.00 you can have a submersible I-phone

I just replaced my rollers - on the jib travel car, 5 mins ago. I just used a roller out of one of my spare old jib block, since it was old and i have new ones, i gutted the roller out of it using pliers and a sharp heavy duty diagonal cutter... gently drilled out both ends of the pin, pulled out the beat up chewed out roller with needle nose pliers, slid my spare in and just put in a nut and bolt of same diameter being sure to file off the threads where the roller would be. I'm sure there's an expensive brand new approach to this but since i don't race and my Hobie16 is old too, this all took 10 mins and cost $0.

Just my 2 cents :D
