Hi All. Recently purchased a 82' Nationals yellow. Hulls still sound and sails very good condition. Really exited about the step up from my 14, which I've come appreciate and respect. As with all old boats the 16 requires a bit of work. I 've decided to keep the colours as original as possible and will soon start the perilous journey of repairs and touch ups.I'm still relatively new to this forum and how it functions, but will try and post some photos of the restoration. Is there any advice on what to look out for on such a endeavor? And snags which can be avoided? To all you old salts. Come on share the info. ![]() Lots of thanks in advance. The Desertdigger |

The search function works well. We also have a forum for exactly this kind of project: Restorations / Personal Modifications / Ideas / Accessories http://www.hobiecat.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=123 |
