Tonight I got the tape measure out and measured from one rudder pin to the opposite bow tang. One side was 1 3/4" longer than the other. Is this enough to worry about? Any way that I can get it back straight? I'm guessing it's not enough to worry about but just want to be sure.

They mentioned alignment in this article but that is done in conjunction with epoxying the frame together. I have a newer boat so I'm not too worried about having a loose frame yet. How to Epoxy the Hobie 16 Catamaran Frame For Better Performance.

It could be that your tramp lacing is uneven, and is pulling the boat out of square. If it's worth it to you, you could loosen all of the lacings, measure again, and then maybe strap the hulls in correct alignment while you retighten the lacings.

I do need to tighten up my tramp. I'll set the alignment and then tighten it up. If it holds, great. If not, I don't expect it will matter much.
