| Post subject: | Advice on donating a Hobie 16 |
I would like to donate my Hobie 16 or to a sailing club or a "Kars for Kids type charity". It is a 1981 model which I bought 8 years ago. I replaced everything, tramp, running rigging, standing rigging, etc. Last year I serviced the trailer, which is very roadworthy. I also have spare parts. I use it out of Ventura Harbor, California, at least 10 times a year. It is in really decent shape, and can be sailed for many more years. Any advice. I really dont care about the money, just care about someone enjoying it. |

sell it on ebay and give the proceeds to the charity of your choice |
