Does anybody know and have a picture of how to go about reeving this? https://goo.gl/photos/FH8cfijaDsSwWGTF6 |

Well first you should change out those rusty steel 10-32 bolts (?) to stainless steel. ![]() Now simply start by hanging your triple blocks from the boom and connecting your lower block to boat. Next, tie off your main sheet to the becket with a very small bowline. Go run line up to your upper blocks and through the left block and back down to the lower block and use the block below the becket and the rest will become evident. I like to use a very small line to be sure I like the reeving and also to verify the length of main sheet needed. Once you like what you got than you will know how much main sheet you will need to buy. Why buy extra line? I also prefer using a different color line for the traveler myself too. This way, I can ask my crew to grab traveler line and adjust it without untangling one long line from the pile of main sheet on the tramp. ![]() |

I would suggest rebuilding it so the becket and the rachet are both in the middle. Once I had the smart idea to build a 7:1 out of my old seaway blocks and my rachet was off center. It constantly torqued to one side and was a constant pain in the butt. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk |
