Here we go, a couple of guys "John Wayne'n" their boat on to the beach. This is sometimes referred to as a kamikaze landing. It looks so cool and is a crowd pleaser, but I can assure you they won't be laughing so loud when they have to do fiberglass repair to the bottom of the boat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8-rkQN ... e=youtu.be |

I think that is disrespectful to the boat and the sport. Looks fun and crazy and thats what cat sailing is all about but you will NEVER see anyone perform that stunt at a regatta. The way I would describe that landing is an emergency beach breech to get off the water after seeing lightning. 3- H16 1- H18 1 previous HTiger |

Not to mention dangerous. Once commuted if some kid ran along the beach there would be serious consequencies |
