To All,

Can anyone tell me where the H16 is classified in the portsmouth ratings? Thanks!

The Portsmouth rating for the Hobie 16 is about 76.0 depending on the wind conditions.

My pleasure, David.

Does the Bell47 moniker mean you are a helicopter pilot? I was a medical evacuation pilot in Vietnam and took my instrument training in a Bell 47.

Hey Loren,

The Bell47 is my name and year of birth but I'm familiar with the craft. While I'm at it, I want to thank you for your services during times past in the Nam. There are a lot of people alive today because of you and guys like you that flew in flying targets to save others. You will never be forgotten. Again, I thank you.

Happy Sailing,

David
