| Post subject: | No more Hobie rental in Kauai |
Well we are here in Kauai 5/22/17...Lihue....Beach Boys no longer rent Hobie. I was told in person that "their boat has a broken part". I offered to pay for the part and have it shipped so we could sail but was never contacted. I was also told a " captain" would have to be on. Boat and the public couldn't rent it alone on their merits. There are 3 hobie Getaways on the beach at Kalapaki , they are not for rent. What a beautiful waste of awesome trade winds and surf. It's such a wonderful place, I can't believe the Hobie Cat is dead here . I'm very sad . |
