Hey guys, what are the lengths for the side stays & the front stay for 84 hobie 16?? our side stay broke & we had 2 different lengths in the parts box that came with the boat.. we want to replace them all with the correct length ones We are running the std seaway blocks but would eventually like to get low profile 6:1's |

1985 H-16..... Shrouds 18'11"... forestay 17'6" |

In replacing everything is it better to go all one way or the other (2009 specs vs 1984 specs)? or can you run the old bridle & pigstay with the newer frt stay & side shrouds We eventually want to get the low profile blocks but wonder (if we go with all new ) if there is enough adjustment in the chain plates to run the newer lengths with the old seaway blocks for now. |

With shorter shrouds your mast step casting and the mast base will bind on an older boat. |
